Shipping

Shipping (50 states and Canada)

We ship to fifty states and Canada by LTL common carrier. We have a unique program that allows us to compare shipping costs ensuring you of the lowest cost. Shipping cost to a commercial address or freight terminal can save you money. A forklift must be available onsite at time of delivery. The freight carriers we use can ship to residential addresses (+$75) but must be accessible by 40’ trucks. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping, on orders valued over $1000, within 25-mile radius of our warehouse (Olympic Peninsula and islands excluded) located at 18935 59th Ave NE, Arlington WA. 98223. Reasonable shipping costs apply to orders shipped beyond 25 miles. Orders valued under $1000 may be shipped by UPS, Fedex, USPS or on our truck. Shipping costs will be added to customers invoice. Factory Orders

We offer significant discounts (typically 20%) on Factory Orders. Since we are able to save money on flooring costs we are able to pass on the savings to our customers. Wait times vary, however 1 – 2 weeks is typical. Customers requiring immediate shipment may not qualify for the Factory Order discount. Please feel free to ask us for more information.

Shipping Times

We understand that receiving your equipment in a timely manner and undamaged is important. If the item you order is in stock, it will typically be shipped within two days after we receive your order. If the item you want is not in stock, it has likely already shipped from the factory. If an item is out-of-stock or on back-order, we will ship the item to you as soon as it is back in stock. Contact us for more information.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Receiving parties are responsible for inspecting equipment for damage at the time of delivery. Do not sign your delivery receipt before thoroughly inspecting package for damaged or missing parts. Remove the plastic wrapping so a thorough inspection can be made before signing. Damage or missing parts must be notated on the bill of lading or your claim will be denied by the freight carrier.

Wil-Call & Customer Pickup

We welcome local pickups. If you would prefer to pick up your order we will gladly load it on your truck or trailer for you at no additional cost.

Will-Call orders must be scheduled minimum 24 hours in advance. We load will-call orders Monday through Friday, between 9AM-12PM and 1PM-4PM. Let us know when you are coming so that we can have your order ready when you arrive. If you arrive after 4PM, we cannot guarantee your shipment can be loaded the same day you arrive.

Loading Vehicles: You must have a sufficient trailer or box truck for us to load your equipment. We will not load auto lifts into pickup trucks for safety reasons. You will need to provide your own straps to tie down your equipment. If you are unsure of the vehicle type, or trailer length required please contact us for more information.

Delivery

We stock most of our equipment and parts in our warehouse in Arlington WA. Freight costs will be added to orders under $1000. We can deliver locally on our truck eliminating the need for an on-site forklift at the time of delivery. Or shipments can be made to your location by LTL common carrier, or to a local terminal.
Plan ahead, LTL shipments will require a forklift to be available at time of delivery! Typically there will be additional charges for residential delivery and lift gate services.

No forklift is required to be on-site when we deliver our products on our truck. Our truck is a 20' rollback, which allows us to slide your order off the truck deck on skates as seen in the photo. Once done the skates are removed. If you have any special needs or concerns please feel free to ask us. However, our truck is limited to 300 miles distance.

When Damage Occurs

Clear photos of the shipment still in its original packaging are required and must accompany all freight damage and missing parts claims. Photos of damaged parts are required. All freight damage and missing parts claims must be received electronically within 24 hours of time of delivery as required by warranty; no exceptions. You have the right to refuse the shipment due to damage. When damage has not been properly noted on the bill of lading at time of delivery your freight claim will be considered invalid by the freight carrier.

 

NOTE: When Top Secret Equipment is not the freight carrier it cannot be held accountable for freight damages not noted on the bill of lading!

We offer free local delivery within 25 miles of our Arlington WA warehouse. If you are located outside our 25 mile radius (Arlington WA. 98223), please call us for a low-cost freight rate.

Local installation services are available. Call us Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM Pacific Time to schedule your installation.
